6. Disc Publishing Capability
Incorporating a dual media storage stack configuration, the
Virtua can hold up to a combination of 100 CD’s and / or DVD’s
eliminating the need to manually load a new disc for each study.
The intuitive robot can automatically select between CD’s and
DVD’s based on study size and job profile. If a study is too large
to fit on the selected media Virtua encompasses a disc spanning
capability that ensures a study series is never fragmented.
Having selected the media suited for the study size or job profile,
Virtua will also span studies providing users with invaluable
reference labelling i.e. disc 1 of 3.
Multiple burners allow for improved redundancy and the ability
to produce up to 60* colour labelled CD’s an hour. Convenient
front loading system allows for easy replenishing of media and ink
supplies.
